1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HaroLinkBuilding.Services ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

HaroLinkBuilding.Services provides HARO (Help a Reporter Out) link building services, including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring journalist requests across HARO and similar platforms
  • Crafting and submitting expert pitches on behalf of clients
  • Tracking and reporting on link placements
  • Providing quality editorial backlinks from reputable publications

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself, your business, and your expertise
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
  • Not misrepresent credentials, qualifications, or expertise
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access we provide
  • Pay for services according to the agreed-upon package and payment terms

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all billed links will meet our quality standards:

  • Domain Rating (DR) of 40 or higher
  • DoFollow link attribute
  • Editorial placement on reputable publications

Links that do not meet these criteria will not be billed and are considered bonus placements at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the package selected:

  • Monthly packages are billed at the beginning of each service period
  • Payment is required in advance before services commence
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as communicated
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Refund Policy

If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of qualified links within your package period:

  • You may receive a pro-rata refund for undelivered links
  • Alternatively, undelivered links may be rolled over to the next period
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the package period ending

Note: We do not guarantee search engine rankings or specific traffic outcomes. Our guarantee is limited to the delivery of qualified backlinks as defined in Section 4.

7. Link Replacement Policy

If a delivered link is removed by the publisher within 6 months of placement through no fault of the client, we will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement link at no additional cost.

8. White-Hat Compliance

All our link building activities are conducted using white-hat, ethical methods:

  • We do not use Private Blog Networks (PBNs)
  • We do not engage in paid placements disguised as editorial content
  • We do not use link schemes or manipulative tactics
  • All links are earned through genuine journalist outreach and expert contributions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaroLinkBuilding.Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Changes in search engine algorithms or ranking positions
  • Actions taken by publishers regarding placed content
  • Third-party conduct or content

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, pricing structures, and campaign details.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Any outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Pro-rata refunds may be issued for prepaid, undelivered services
  • Access to reporting dashboards will be revoked

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
